Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Palo Alto campus has a requirement to replace the AHU-8 in accordance with the draft statement of work (SOW) and specifications. Contractors must demonstrate their ability to meet all requirements listed in this notice. See attached draft document for additional information.
All information in this pre-solicitation announcement is a draft and subject to amendment(s) and is in no way binding to the Government. In consideration of time, a draft copy of the SOW is being posted along with the specifications for review ahead of a site visit. A request for proposal will be issued as a total SDVOSB set-aside.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19M.
