WNC - Dini Library South Restroom Improvements
BCN Purchasing does not accept physical documents in response to any solicitation including but not limited to: ITB, RFP, RFQ, or CMAR solicitations. All documents must be submitted electronically via this website.
The NGEM system allows for bidders to start and save work/uploads without submitting. Please make use of this capability to begin building your bid early and reduce the chances of internet connectivity or upload issues causing a last-minute inability to submit.
Once the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be posted online shortly thereafter and available to the public for viewing. This document can be accessed by clicking on Closed Bid Opportunities, selecting the specific opportunity, and scrolling down to Bid Documents. The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there.
Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. The project consists of restroom upgrades to the men’s and women’s restrooms located at the South end of the Dini Library Building. The upgrades consist of all new finishes, partitions, counters, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and accessories.
Contractors will be required to submit certified payroll through the LCPtracker software platform.
Special Considerations: Restrooms are located at the main entrance to the Library. Temp protection will be necessary. Working hours may need to be altered for any water, gas or electrical interruptions.

Estimated Cost Range: $200,000 to $250,000
Liquidated Damages: $500/day
Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Builder's Risk will be required. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "December 21, 2026" and shall be fully complete by "March 26, 2027."
