WIC Infant Formula Rebate
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids on behalf
of the Health and Human Services Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants
and Children (WIC) to establish rebate Contract(s) for all milk and/or soy-based infant formula
(excluding Exempt Infant Formula) purchased within the Bidder¿s product line. The WIC program
is funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
