WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Fort Bragg

The Department of Motor Vehicles is looking for approximately 2,363 nusf of office space in the City of Fort Bragg plus parking spaces to Code. Buildings submitted must:

Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy;
Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24);
Be close to public transportation; and
Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.

The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance. Please refer to http://energystar.gov for further details. The Department of General Services is a full service commercial real estate provider for the State of California.
