V04 - Lawn on D Utilities Upgrades
This project consists of the construction necessary to provide permanent electrical and water Utilities improvements to the Lawn on D event area at the Massachusetts Convention Center MCEC. Contract documents for bidders will be available on or after October 14, 2026 via the Authority's website rfp.massconvention.com and each bidder may obtain the documents at such address, together with any addenda or amendments which the Authority may issue.
Pre-bid conference: A prebid conference will be held at 10:00am on October 21, 2026, starting at the Capital Projects Trailer of the Thomas Michael Menino Convention & Exhibition Center MCEC located at 348 D Street, Boston, Massachusetts.
