V03 - Phase 1 Office Relocation

This project includes providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete an interior renovation. This interior renovation is a Level 2 alteration. It will change an existing open office into an office suite with four individual offices and a meeting room.

Contract documents for bidders will be available via the Authority's website rfp.massconvention.com.

Pre-bid conference: A prebid conference will be held at 11:00am on October 21, 2026, starting at the MCCA Capital Projects Trailer located at 348 D Street, Boston, MA. The pre-bid conference will be followed by a walkthrough of the site.
