Ft.

(ABOA): 2,300 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,722 Space Type: Office/Light Industrial/Scientific Support Space Parking Spaces (Total): 9 Parking Spaces (Surface): 9 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Up to 20 Firm Term: Up to 10 Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Ground floor Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
