Transportation Research, Education and Technology

The Transportation Research, Education and Technology Transfer Services ITQ allows vendors to qualify for future participation in Request for Quotes (RFQ's) to provide services to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT).

VENDOR ITQ QUALIFICATION WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH JAGGAER. JAGGAER technical support is available at https://www.jaggaer.com/service-support/supplier-support or (800) 233-1121.

All suppliers must be registered in the PA Supplier Portal prior to registering in JAGGAER.
