Temp Rented Electrical and HVAC Equipment ITQ

The purpose of this Temporary Rented Electrical Equipment and Temporary Rented Temperature Control Equipment ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive contractors to provide temporary rented electrical equipment and temporary rented temperature control equipment to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s executive agencies. All fuel fired equipment shall meet emissions requirements.

First, suppliers must register as a Procurement Vendor with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and receive a six-digit vendor number. Suppliers will register in the PA Supplier Portal at click here.

Lastly, suppliers are required to create a user profile within our PA JAGGAER Portal to complete qualification requirements.
