Greenville County is requesting bids to replace our aging Tax and Auditor software. Greenville has unique requirements compared to surrounding states and need a software package that can accommodate our County’s size and legislation. Strong, responsive support is expected through phone, email, and/or a ticketing system.
We are eager to review options through planning, implementation, and ongoing support. Vendors that currently serve other Counties within the state of South Carolina are preferred.
The current system is a combination of in house development and CSRA tax software. Our environment has been patched and modified countless times to accommodate state mandates and law changes. These incremental changes have resulted in extensive error troubleshooting and data validation time.
Considering the majority of the current solution is maintained in house, our departments are accustomed to getting support on the line in a moment’s notice. A full turn-key solution for Tax and Auditor software is long overdue for the County that will allow our offices to focus on serving the public as efficiently as possible.
