The Indiana Destination Development Corporation (IDDC) is pleased to announce the release of a solicitation for the Lincoln Amphitheater Starlight Seating Canopy Project. All relevant project documents are attached for your review.

Bidding Window The bidding window opens today and remains open for three

weeks.

Questions & Answers All questions must be submitted via email to [email on the source notice] no later than 16:00 (ET) on October 23, 2026. Responses will be emailed by 16:00 on October 28, 2026 only to vendors who submitted an Intent to Bid and attended the mandatory walk through.

Bid Submission Deadline Completed bid packets must be submitted electronically to [email on the source notice] no later than: November 4, 2026 at 16:00 (ET) Late submissions cannot be accepted.
