Flawn Academic Center (FAC), located at 2304 Whitis Ave, Austin, TX 78712.The Materials, which are more specifically described in the Scope of Work (“SOW”), include (but may not be limited to): • Replacement existing pairs of doors with new 90-minute rated doors.• All hardware is to be supplied and installed by contractor.• Demolition and removal of existing doors and hardware.
