This is a notice of intent to award a contract as a sole economically feasible source to: NTT Data Americas, Inc. for Program Management Office (PMO) vendor to assist the State's to lead the transition from Corticon to an upgraded rules engine for the Illinois Integrated Eligibility System. See attachment for details. The hearing will be canceled unless an interested party submits written comments or makes a written request.
