9/28/2026 The contractor will provide all services per SOW. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C.
2304(c)(1) implemented by the FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 441227 - Motorcycle, ATV, and All Other Motor Vehicle Dealers. The PSC for this procurement is 2340 Motorcycles, Motor Scooters, and Bicycles.
