Snow Removal and Salting Services

PhilaPort requests pricing for snow plowing and salting services at Mustin Yard, located at 51 Mustin Street, Philadelphia 19112. Services are to include all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to plow snow, sleet, ice, or any combination thereof, and includes salting services, as required per attached specifications. Services are to be provided on a will-call basis.

The contractor must be available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including all PhilaPort holidays. All project information & documents are located in the Bonfire Project Portal: LINK TO PORTAL: https://philaport.bonfirehub.com/

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Visit: Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT at PhilaPort Mustin Yard. Attendees shall park at the main gate. The main gate is located at 51 Mustin Street, Philadelphia 19112.
