Siding Repairs

The Project consists of but not limited to: Exterior siding replacement and repair for the two-story buildings on the property. Planks in failing condition have to be replaced, others require re-attachment. The siding material is a proprietary Specification (reference 07.46.90),Cape Cod Cedar Clapboards.

Also includes exterior work at the community building #25. Reference the drawing set for full scope of work. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
