Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, disposal costs, traffic control, vehicles, fuel, crane/hoist, permits, travel, and any incidentals necessary to perform the following: thinning, pruning, skirting, removal of trees/shrubs/vines, chipping, removal/grinding of stumps adjacent to energized power lines and any associated non-energized lines; clean up, and proper disposal of all debris generated by the tree trimming operations including palm trees and palm debris.
Bidder shall be a certified small business registered with the Department of General Services (DGS).
