Responses to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking preferably Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of providing floor mat services for Environmental Management Service, Biloxi, MS and Mobile, AL, CBOC. It is noted that Limitations on Subcontracting requirements will apply to a future solicitation and contract for this requirement.
