Firmware Access Rights: Verification that the contract permits continuous downloads of major and minor firmware revisions required to resolve hardware bugs.

Operating System Roadmaps: Software validation alignment with active corporate IT environments, including compatibility of newer FactoryTalk suites with current Windows Server or Windows 11 updates.

Patching and Vulnerability Schedules: Frequency and distribution mechanism of hotfixes, firmware patches, and security advisories through the official Rockwell Download Center. All subcontractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). If possible, please provide a link to your webpage for published price list to substantiate for the prices quoted. The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis.
