EDGECOMBE COUNTY IS SEEKING BIDS FROM QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS TO COMPLETE CLEANING AND PAINTING OF ONE COMPLETE POD INSIDE THE DETENTION CENTER AND OTHER DEFINED AREAS. BIDS WILL BE OPENED THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19TH, 2026 AT 10:00AM IN ROOM 260 OF THE EDGECOMBE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING. NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS TIME.

ALL BIDS MUST BE IN WRITING. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2026 AT 9:00AM AT THE EDGECOMBE COUNTY DETENTION CENTER, 3005 ANACONDA ROAD, TARBORO NC 27886. QUESTIONS AND/OR COMMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12TH, 2026 BY 10:00AM.
