RETROSPECTIVE RATING INSURANCE TABLE IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW
L&I is initiating this solicitation to obtain responses from individuals or firms interested in contracting with L&I to provide an independent study of the Retrospective Rating adjustment results for the enrollment periods of October 2023, January 2024, and April 2024 to ensure the adjustment results are consistent with the expectation of improved fairness in the distribution of the retrospective rating refunds among participants as stated under WAC 296-17B-010.
