The City of Cambridge would like to invite you to submit a response for Request for Information: HCM Services and Solutions . Responses are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cambridgema , no later than 11:00 am on Friday, October 16, 2026 .

The City is currently conducting an assessment of the current ERP environment to determine if efficiencies may be obtained with different systems. The City and Schools currently use several disparate systems across departments to perform their necessary functions. The City is issuing this RFI to acquire information to assist with reviewing vendor capabilities and solutions currently available in the marketplace as it relates to each functional addressed in the following sections.
