REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION is requesting submittals from qualified Construction Management firms for the RENOVATION AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE OLD 9TH GRADE BUILDING. The MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION has contracted with SP Design Group Architects and Engineers, Inc. for architectural services. The MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION intends to enter into a contract with the successful Construction Management firm for the Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Services associated with the project in order to meet the construction schedule and to construct the project within a fixed budget.
