R-7298 1st Street Pedestrian Improvements
The work to be done consists primarily of removal of select existing curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, curb ramps, utilities, light poles, site furnishings, trees, planting areas, and providing required traffic and erosion control. Work also includes relocating traffic signal, adjusting utilities, protecting existing features to remain.
Pre-bid conference: Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 14, 2026 at 10:00 am via Microsoft Teams. See Division A. Prospective Bidders must attend this virtual meeting.
Failure to attend will result in rejection of your bid.
