PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL TERMITE TREATMENT SERVICES FOR THE COTTAGE/GUARD HOUSE AND RELATED SURROUNDING AREA AT ESTATE SION FARM ON ST. CROIX. AT A MINIMUM, SCOPE OF WORK WILL ENTAIL SITE INSPECTION & PREPARATION, BARRIER FORMATION/SOIL TREATMENT (VERTICALLY & HORIZONTALLY), PROTECTION AND COVER OF TREATED AREA & SOIL FROM ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS WITHIN A SHORT TURNAROUND TIME, REMEDIAL CHEMICAL TREATMENT WITH FEDERALLY & INDUSTRY APPROVED SUBSTANCES, IMPLEMENTATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND SAFETY MEASURES IN COMPLIANCE WITH ACCEPTABLE STANDARDS FOR THIS TYPE OF WORK, AND PROVISION OF A 7 OR 10 YEAR WARRANTY/CONTRACTOR GUARANTEE OF THE WORK WITH A MINIMUM REQUIRED REINSPECTION(S) OF THE SITE AND RE-TREATMENT FOR RECURRING TERMITE ACTIVITY IN THE STRUCTURES AND THE PREMISES.
