Parker Middle School - Chelmsford MA CM RFQ - Invitation to provide CM at Risk Services

Firms interested in providing Public Construction Manager at Risk Services ("CM", "CM or at Risk") for the Parker Middle School in Chelmsford, Massachusetts ("Project") are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") to the Chelmsford Parker Middle School Building Committee ("CPMSBC"). This CM at Risk services procurement is conducted pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 149A.

This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process.

Pre-bid conference: RFQ documents will be available October 7, 2026, from Leftfield, LLC through Hamdi Cobanoglu, acting for the CPMSBC and Pre-Qualification Subcommittee. Interested firms must submit an RFQ Interest Form by email to Hamdi Cobanoglu.
