Old McGregor Ground Storage Tank Improvements
The project generally consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances, and incidentals as required to properly fabricate, construct, inspect and test the construction items required for the installation of a new 5.0 MG ground storage tank, new piping, valves, fittings and appurtenances to serve the new ground storage tank, and the repair of the existing 5.0 MG ground storage tank at the Old McGregor Pump Station.
Pre-bid conference: MANDATORY Two Pre-Bid Meetings: #1 - Via Zoom, Thursday, August 27, 2026, 10:00 A.M (Mandatory. Subs welcome but not required.)
#2 - Site Visit: Friday, August 28, 2026, 10:00 A.M. 9120 Old McGregor Rd., Woodway, TX 76712 (Mandatory for contractors who did not attend the previous site visit held October 15, 2025. Optional for those that have.
