Offsite Mechanical Construction Work Order

The purpose of this contract is to perform industrial mechanical and HVAC repairs and modifications, plumbing, equipment installation and work of related trades. Associated subcontractors (electrical, civil) may be required; any such electrical, site work, and/or hazardous material handling will only be performed as an incidental or ancillary aspect of the mechanical work, and only as necessary to accomplish the mechanical work.
