Notice to Construction Community: USACE RMS to CMP Transition
USACE is transitioning from the Resident Management System (RMS) to the Construction Management Platform (CMP) using a phased deployment approach January 2027 through September 2027. This is an informational posting only. It does not change or alter the terms, conditions, or specifications of current contracts.
USACE is actively reviewing, identifying, and modifying current contracts which may not already include the CMP Specification. Reach out to your assigned Contracting Officer or Contracting Office Representative with any contract-specific questions.
Specification Changes RMS Specification: Governs until the official transition date and the relevant contract modification's effective date for CMP deployment on that contract.
CMP Specification: Governs once a District is deployed to CMP and the relevant contract modification's effective date. Please review the specifications and the CMA website below for additional information. The CMA site, link provided below, is maintained at the USACE Enterprise level and will be updated as new information and system training become available.
