Municipal Waste Services

The purpose of the Municipal Waste Services ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to provide municipal waste services. This ITQ contract is open to all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies. In addition, Local Public Procurement Units, as defined by the Commonwealth Procurement Code, may use this contract in accordance with the COSTARS Provision contained in this document.

First, suppliers must register as a PA Supplier and receive a vendor number. Suppliers will register in the PA Supplier Portal at https://pasupplierportal.state.pa.us/irj/portal/anonymous

Lastly, suppliers are required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal to complete qualification requirements.
