Mobile Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Application System Intergration Lincoln VA Regional Benefit Office (VARO), Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) The Lincoln VARO, VR&E Service, requires the delivery of a single, fully integrated, fully operational, and safe Mobile SPF Application System ("the System") in support of an approved VR&E self-employment services plan authorized under 38 U.S.C. Chapter 31.
The Contractor shall furnish all additional equipment and materials, and shall perform the integration, configuration, testing, commissioning (if applicable), training, and documentation services necessary to transform the Veteran-furnished trailer and previously acquired equipment into a turnkey, ready-to-work end item. The Veteran shall be able to independently and safely power up, operate, and perform commercial SPF application work using the System on the first day of business operation.
