Master Agreement for Environmental Consulting Services

The City of San José (hereinafter “City”), Department of Public Works, is seeking qualified firms (hereinafter “Consultant”) to provide environmental consulting services for various City Capital Improvement Program projects.

Consultants qualified to provide environmental consulting services (“Consultant Services”) to the City are encouraged to respond to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQu”) by submitting a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) and associated forms (together considered the “solicitation response”). The successful Consultant will enter into a Master Consultant Agreement with the City. Following execution of the Master Consultant Agreement, the City will request Consultant Services on an as-needed basis through individual service orders, which will each include a specific scope of services and the cost for those services.
