Little Miami WWTP High-Rate Treatment Facility (Progressive Design-Build)

This procurement is to select Design-Builder to complete the Little Miami WWTP HRT Facility. This includes a new proposed HRT facility, disinfection facilities, and pump station upgrades. This procurement will be a two-phase process, with a RFQ followed by an RFP for firms that were shortlisted by the selection committee.

The selected Design-Builder will provide all analysis to prepare a design (Phase

for the proposed Little Miam HRT, Disinfection, and pump station upgrades.

After Design (Phase

is completed, they will perform bidding services to prepare a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).

They will then manage the construction (Phase

and potentially self-perform individual pieces of the work.

Pre-bid conference: NON-MANDATORY A non-mandatory virtual pre-submittal meeting will be held on 9/29/26 at 1:00 PM local time. A link to the meeting will be shared via addendum on the City's Bonfire/ Euna portal at a later date.

The City of Cincinnati is soliciting sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document.
