The City of Phoenix is seeking bids for LARGE DIAMETER SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION - GRADE 5 & 4 MANHOLES - NORTH - ZONES 5 & 6 - DESIGN-BID-BUILD . Bids are to be submitted into the Design and Construction Procurement Bid Box located on the first floor of Phoenix City Hall at 200 W. Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85003 before 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 .
This project includes the rehabilitation of 100 active sanitary sewer manholes or structures, identified within the Large Diameter Sanitary Sewer Condition Assessment Report. Rehabilitation may include the installation of corrosion-coating systems, structural inserts, and liner repairs throughout all parts of the existing manholes. In addition, bypass pumping may be required for select manholes, while the use of small-diameter flow-through plugs may be needed to complete the work.
