- Land Based Air Conditioner, Part Number: 197K2000-100, NSN: 4120-01-598-3712 for the E-2D Aircraft.
This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Procurement for the Japan Air Self Defense Force (JASDF), E-2D Program under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case JA-P-CVT. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be received within fifteen
