JFROG Non-production License Package Sole Source Justification

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS), Departmental Operations Acquisition Division III (DOAD III), in support of the Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM), has made an award based on the Sole Source Justification, authority of the RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4, FAR Class Deviation 25-20 for FAR Part 81, and General Services Administration Acquisition Regulations (GSAR) 538.7104-4(b)2 Items peculiar to one manufacturer. The Awardee is Carahsoft Technology Corportion, 11493 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA, 20190.

The requirement is for continued procurement of non-production JFrog Licenses, in support of Automated Biometric Identification System (IDENT) and Homeland Advanced Recognition Technology (HART) environments.
