Scopes of Work: Rehabilitation of Lath and Plaster: Perform plaster repairs to ceilings, soffits, coffers, and walls in the South Parlor and G.A.R Hall.

Painting: Following plaster repairs, the entirety of the South Parlor and G.A.R Hall shall be primed and painted, including ceilings, soffits, coffers, and walls.

Acoustical Ceiling: Demolish existing ACT in Kitchen area and furnish and install new acoustical ceiling system.

Pre-bid conference: October 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and bidders shall meet outside the main entrance at The Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Building located at 590 Main Street, Melrose, MA 02176.
