A finalized agenda for the event will be sent out by 02 January 2026. In preparation for the in-person Industry Day, USCG asks interested vendors to review the information provided in the appendices and submit questions to [email on the source notice] (Contract Specialist), so the USCG can be prepared to share the questions received and the answers.

Each appointment is limited to approximately 15 minutes. Your confirmed one-on-one time will be included as a follow-on email to your registration confirmation. [YA1] [LL2] This will provide interested vendors with an opportunity to share potential proprietary solutions/services information for consideration and allow the Government to ask the vendor specific questions.

These sessions are not a platform for vendor promotion.
