The City of Las Cruces ("City"), a New Mexico Municipal Corporation, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in entering into an agreement for Heating, Ventilation, and Cooling (HVAC) Heat Pump Installation and Light Weatherization services for Chaparral Senior Housing, a multifamily housing complex participating in the Plugged In For Good (PIFG) initiative.
Through PIFG, the City has partnered with Chaparral Senior Housing and Tierra Del Sol to stack and braid funding for a multifamily retrofit project at Chaparral Senior Housing, a 40-unit complex of one-bedroom, one-bath quadplexes. The City is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to install heat pump HVAC equipment and complete light weatherization improvements across the property.
