This informal bid solicitation is being conducted pursuant to Title 31 Section 239(a)(4) of the Virgin Islands Code. The Government reserves the right to cancel this informal bid solicitation.

HOTEL ACCOUNT REPLENISHMENT. VITEMA IS REQUESTING REPLENISHMENT OF THE HOTEL ACCOUNT IN SUPPORT OF TRAVEL AND LODGING NEEDS TIED TO THE TSUNAMI PUBLIC EDUCATION AND RESILIENCY PROGRAM. THIS WILL BE USED TO COVER LODGING FOR STAFF AND PARTNERS ENGAGED IN TSUNAMI OUTREACH, COORDINATION MEETINGS, AND RELATED PROGRAM ACTIVITIES ACROSS THE TERRITORY.
