Healthy SNAP Evaluation

The Department of Children and Families (Department), Office of Economic Self Sufficiency, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather market intelligence from qualified vendors regarding available data sources, analytical capabilities, methodologies, and technology solutions for the analysis of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) purchasing data.

The Department seeks information regarding solutions that may assist in evaluating the impact of SNAP policy changes on household purchasing behavior across SNAP-authorized retailers. The Department is particularly interested in approaches that can support analysis of item-level or category-level purchasing trends, product substitution, retailer implementation patterns, and changes in purchasing behavior over time.
