The Project consists of: New asphalt composition shingle roof; Repairs to wood siding, trim and horizontal boards at grade level to 24" above grade; Repairs to wood siding on doors and ventilation panels under roof peaks; New electric service; new lights, conduit, switches and outlets, throughout; Remove, salvage and re-install all exterior barn hardware and signage; New wood fascia board; Roof sheathing patching; Regrade away from building. Repair grass areas damaged during construction.
