Spokane Transit Authority is seeking Proposals to secure the services of qualified firms or individuals to provide Actuarial Services for Other Post-Employment Benefits (“OPEB”) to comply with Governmental Accounting Standards Board No. 75 (GASB 75), which establish standards for measurement, display and recognition of OPEB expenses and liabilities associated with STA’s retiree health benefit program.
