FTCC - Safety Driving Pad & Storage Building
The project will be constructed on the College’s Western Campus and will include a 310-foot by 310-foot roller-compacted concrete training pad to support Safety Driving instruction. The project will also include a five-bay, approximately 5,000-square-foot storage building to support the College’s Safety and Truck Driver Training programs. Associated site improvements will include 35 gravel parking spaces, an ADA-compliant concrete parking area, and an access road serving the project site.
This project falls under FTCC’s Special Construction Delegation; therefore, the State Construction Office will not be involved.
