Fort Belvoir CDC Custodial

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform custodial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The building numbers are 950, 1003, 1028, 1207, 1745 and 1805. The building located at Fort Belvoir North Area in Springfield; Virginia are 5023 and 5024.

Buildings 1805 and 5023 are currently inactive but may be added if MWR operations require their opening.
