Food Management/Operation of Keller Golf Course Clubhouse
Ramsey County, through the Parks & Recreation Department, seeks proposals for the management and operation of the County-owned Keller Golf Course Clubhouse. The County is seeking a high quality, innovative and experienced operator to manage the year-round operation at Keller Clubhouse safely and efficiently, which consists of daily food and beverage (including liquor) service in the restaurant during the golf season and for golf-related banquets, wedding receptions, private parties, and meetings in the ballroom and reception space. Innovation is encouraged for marketing the rental spaces, restaurant and banquet menu offerings.
The operation also includes on-course sales of food and beverages.
