ER-27(008) Kaumualii Hwy Drainage Imp Vic of Omao Stream Bridge
The scope of work includes but is not limited to: demolition and removal of existing drainage structure, concrete apron, asphalt concrete pavement and chain link fencing; fill the existing 24” RCP drain pipe crossing Kaumualii Highway with controlled low-strength material (CLSM) and abandon in place; installation of 42” reinforced concrete pipe; installation of drain manhole, grated drain inlets and concrete outlet structure; installation of grouted rubble paving, reinforced concrete apron and asphalt concrete pavement; installation of chain link fencing and erosion control matting; clearing and grubbing; excavation; backfilling; grading; and grassing.
[1] Response to all Questions and Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be issued ONLY by formal Addendum to this Solicitation and posted to HIePRO. [2] Bidders shall submit and upload their complete proposal document(s) to HIePRO prior to the posted Offer Due Date and Time. Proposals received after said due date and time shall not be considered. Any additional support documents explicitly designated as Confidential and/or Proprietary shall be uploaded in separate file(s) to HIePRO -- do NOT include any confidential or proprietary content in the proposal file.
FAILURE TO UPLOAD THE REQUIRED PROPOSAL DOCUMENT(S) TO HIePRO SHALL BE GROUNDS FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
