EMERGENCY NOTICE for IDOT Occupational Drug & Alcohol Testing and Post-Offer Physical Exams. NOT A BIDDING OPPORTUNITY. This is only a Public Notice.

Term: 10/16/2026 - 1/13/2027. The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is procuring emergency statewide drug and alcohol testing and medical examination services from Examinetics.

Services include drug and alcohol testing, post-job-offer physical examinations, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and related medical services for safety-sensitive employees. These services are necessary to support employee and public safety and to maintain compliance with applicable State and federal requirements, including 49 CFR Part 40 and the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991, as amended.
