Elevator Inspection, Repair & Maintenance
Big Muddy River Correctional Center is seeking a Vendor to provide a five
- year contract for elevator registration, inspection, repair and maintenance services.
Material costs should be entered as a dollar amount and will be used as a billing mechanism for the material costs associated with jobs. These line items are not a material part of the evaluation process, and the bidder should enter the following amounts in the Unit Cost field of the associated line items, when submitting their bid. These amounts are estimates of usage and not guaranteed.
Line Item "01" - Materials at cost for term of contract - Enter: $10,000.00
Year 1 Regristration and annual inspection.
Initial Term, Year One Regular Hourly Rate, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays and weekends, for maintenance and repair of elevators.
Initial Term, Year One Overtime Hourly Rate, Monday through Friday, 4:00pm to 7:00am, including holidays and weekends, for maintenance and repair of elevators.
