The Department of Human Services is seeking a vendor to perform maintenance, repairs, electrical testing, and lighting upgrades on three high-mast lighting poles located on site at the Chester Mental Health Center, located at 1315 Lehmen Drive, Chester, IL. THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE PROGRAM VENDORS ONLY.

Pre-bid conference: There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference held on October 7, 2026 at 10am located at 1315 Lehman Drive, Chester. IL. Bidding vendor must attend.

Sub-Contractors can attend with the bidding vendor but cannot sign in place of the bidding vendor.
